Account & Registration

How do I create an account?

Click the "Register" button at the top of the site and fill out a simple form. You'll receive a link to verify your email address. Registration is free and takes just a few minutes.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your email. The link is valid for 60 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, go to your profile settings to update your email address. A verification link will be sent to the new address.

How do I delete my account?

You can access the account deletion section from your profile settings. Please note that this action is irreversible — all your content, comments, and points will be permanently deleted.

Content Sharing

How can I share content?

After signing into your account, click the "Submit" button and choose the type of content you want to share: article, video, image gallery, poll, quiz, debate, flashcard, tutorial, or music.

Can I submit content without an account?

Yes, we have a guest submission feature. You can submit content from the "Submit" page without registering. Guest submissions are published after review by our moderation team.

Why is my content not being published?

All content goes through a moderation process. Moderation is typically completed within 24 hours. If your content doesn't comply with our guidelines, it may be rejected. You'll receive a notification with the reason for rejection.

What types of content are prohibited?

The following types of content are not accepted:

  • Illegal or harmful content
  • Hate speech and discrimination
  • Spam or misinformation
  • Content that violates copyright
  • Content that promotes violence
  • Sexually explicit or age-restricted content

Can I edit my published content?

Yes, you can access and edit your posts from your profile page. Significant changes may be sent back for moderation.

How does the points system work?

You earn points for being active on the platform. Ways to earn points include:

  • Publishing content
  • Writing comments
  • Receiving likes
  • Daily logins

What do levels and badges give me?

As you accumulate points, your level increases. Higher-level users unlock special badges, profile customization options, and greater visibility in the community.

Courses

How do I join a course?

Browse the courses section, select a course you're interested in, and click "Enroll." Course sections and lessons unlock sequentially. Your progress is tracked automatically.
